Hi, I'm Jan Preslo. I'm the EVP of Retail Production at New American Funding.

New American Funding is different because we look at every single market and what is unique to that market. It's not also just closing loans on time, it's meeting contingencies. Ok, what's in your purchase contract? Do we have, when's the appraisal contingency due? Are there other things within that local market state purchase contract that we need to drive for?

Our LOS system is Encompass. We program Encompass to meet those needs individually of certain markets and I think that that's really important for you as the loan officer to know that you've got a leadership team at New American Funding that cares about closing those loans on time.

We understand builder business, we understand resale business with Real Estate Agents, and that's what we do everyday and that is what we're focused on. So, that's how I feel that myself personally, that we can help you grow your business.

I have spent my entire career, most of my career as a loan officer and a producing branch manager. So, everything that I do at New American Funding is centered around the loan officer, how to help the loan officer, how to close transactions on time, 'cause at the end of the day it truly is all about execution.
